Refund Policy

  • Cancel 48+ hours before your start time — full refund or free reschedule to another available slot.
  • Cancel 24–48 hours before start — 50% refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours or no-show — non-refundable.
  • If we cancel (equipment failure, safety, or force majeure) — 100% refund.
  • All refunds return to your original payment method.
  • All times are China Standard Time (CST, UTC+8).

How You Pay

No deposit or prepayment is required to reserve. Full payment is made after you land in China. Connect to a China network, then scan our Alipay merchant QR code and enter the exact amount yourself. Cash in exact amount is also accepted at the reception before the game starts. We never ask for personal transfers — funds settle only to our licensed merchant account.

Health & Safety Waiver

Aurora involves physical movement, darkness, and startle effects. Guests are asked to sign an English liability & health waiver on arrival; we can send a copy in advance.
